Terms and Conditions
29 July 2026
1. Who provides the service
These Terms and Conditions regulate the provision of the Ayomi service. The service is provided by Cuandeoro Limited, a company registered in Ireland (CRO: 813028), with its registered address at 17 Green Acre Court, Templeogue, Dublin, D16 PF54, Ireland. Ayomi is a registered business name of Cuandeoro Limited.
For any legal enquiries, you may contact us at legal@ayomi.ie.
2. What is being contracted
Ayomi is a daily automated AI phone call service designed to provide companionship and conversation to an elderly person. The service is purchased by a family member (the customer or subscriber) on behalf of the elderly person to provide a friendly chat on the days you can't make it.
There is a single service offering. We do not offer multiple tiers or complex plans.
3. Not a medical or emergency service
Ayomi is strictly a companionship service. It is not a medical, telecare, or emergency service. It does not diagnose, does not measure health readings, does not detect falls, and does not alert emergency services.
If the elderly person requires medical attention, social assistance, or urgent care, you must contact 112 (or your local emergency number) and family members. Ayomi will not detect these situations or dispatch help.
4. Sign-up process and billing
Sign-up for Ayomi happens through a web form on our site, where you provide your name, the elderly person's phone number, a preferred time window, and an optional email address. This is followed by a setup phone call.
There is no automatic charge. Pricing and billing will be agreed individually with the customer before any charge is made. If a payment gateway is enabled in the future, it will be communicated in writing well in advance before any charge occurs.
5. AI self-identification and verbal consent
At the start of each call, the artificial intelligence will clearly and warmly identify itself as an AI companion, not a human being. This ensures the elderly person always understands who they are speaking with.
Furthermore, the elderly person's verbal consent is obtained at the start of the calls. The service only continues if the elderly person is comfortable and willing to chat.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel the service at any time. To cancel, simply contact Cuandeoro Limited directly by emailing contact@ayomi.ie or legal@ayomi.ie. There are no hidden cancellation processes.
7. Limitation of liability
Cuandeoro Limited provides the service with reasonable care and skill. However, as Ayomi relies on third-party telecommunications networks, we cannot guarantee that calls will be entirely free from technical interruptions.
Because Ayomi is not a healthcare or emergency service, Cuandeoro Limited accepts no liability for any situations requiring medical, social, or urgent care, which fall entirely outside the scope of this companionship service.
8. Modification of the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any significant changes will be communicated to you in writing before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes have been communicated implies acceptance of the new Terms.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and the relationship between the customer and Cuandeoro Limited are governed by Irish law. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
