1. Who is responsible for your data

2. What data we process and our legal basis

When you visit our website and use our web form to sign up, we process the name, phone number, preferred time window, and optional email address provided. The legal basis for this processing is your consent and the necessity to take pre-contractual steps at your request.

During the provision of the service, we process the elderly person's phone number to make the daily calls, based on the performance of the contract and verbal consent. We also process the voice during the phone call to generate a summary of the conversation. The audio itself is not retained beyond the strict minimum necessary to generate this summary. The legal basis for this is consent.

3. Who we share data with (Recipients)

To provide the service, we rely on technology providers acting as data processors. This includes voice synthesis and recognition providers, as well as language model providers, who process data strictly on our behalf and under contract.

We do not sell your data, nor do we share it with third parties for advertising purposes.

4. Retention periods

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected. Contact and billing data are kept while the service is active and for the period required by Irish accounting and tax rules.

Call audio is not retained beyond the strict minimum necessary to generate the conversation summary. Once the summary is generated, the raw recording is deleted.

5. Your GDPR rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access your data, request rectification of inaccurate data, request erasure of your data, object to certain processing, request the restriction of processing, and request the portability of your data.

You may exercise any of these rights by writing to legal@ayomi.ie. It is free, and we will reply within the periods set by law.

6. Complaints to supervisory authorities

If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority. The lead authority for Cuandeoro Limited is the Data Protection Commission of Ireland. Users may also contact their own national authority under the GDPR cooperation mechanism if they prefer.

7. Data Protection Impact Assessment

Because our service involves interacting with elderly individuals, a data protection impact assessment is currently being carried out to ensure that all privacy risks are properly identified and mitigated.
