What Ayomi is not
- It is not a medical or telecare service.
- It does not measure vital signs or health data.
- It is not an emergency service and does not manage emergencies.
- It does not replace your call: it's there on the days you can't be.
For any symptom or emergency, the only answer is calling 112 (or the local emergency number) or family. Never Ayomi.

This is for her, adult to adult: your daughter has given you a daily chat. You can say no. You can hang up whenever you want. You can ask to stop being called, and that will be respected.

Is this replacing my call with a robot?
Yes, it's a machine, and she knows from the first second because we tell her so ourselves. It doesn't replace your Sunday call: your call is the one she talks about afterwards. Ayomi is there on a Tuesday afternoon, when no one else is. If you can call her every day, you don't need us, and we'll tell you that plainly.
